So you know how I usually think more highly of a coffee shop when the coffee hop has queer-appearing baristas? Well, in Capitol Hill, that’s every coffee shop. And basically every person.
But honestly, I was expecting more from the Seattle coffee scene. Kaladi Brothers’ coffee was definitely subpar for me. It could have just been the barista because they make their coffee like an americano, but I was expecting more.
This is a chain that actually started in Alaska and this location is the only one outside of its original state. Maybe that’s why the coffee wasn’t as good? Cool space though.
Do you have cold brew? I forgot to check, but probably. It seems like every coffee shop in Seattle has cold brew. In that way, Seattle knows what’s up.
